Jim Schneider
Jim provides effective education, training, and business direction. His diverse career,
with over 30 years in management positions, reflects his effective delivery of information. Jim has a
reputation as an energetic, passionate presenter with a foundation of knowledge and experience. He is
creative, innovative and incorporates strategic thinking patterns resulting in sustained growth and
profits for the organizations.
Jim utilizes behavioral and evidential substance, combined with recent information to make decisions. This leadership position is a culmination of education and professional positions. Jim majored in Behavior Science with his internship served under Dr. Jean case at M.C.M.H. and Business Administration as an academic minor. He also earned his certification in “Ergonomic Principles for Workplace Assessment and Design”. Jim also has 18 years’ experience in Occupational Medicine, specializing in drug testing, regulated services, and plant / facility tours.
Jim has held the positions of Vice President, Director of Operations and Corporate Business Development Manager. His career accomplishment highlights are development and implementation of three (3) ground-up divisions, numerous program expansions and advanced sales training.
Jim is an accomplished speaker and educator, performing nationally. He is based out of Western Michigan.
