Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training
The DOT is very specific in the requirements for drug and alcohol detection, direction, and regulatory process. The program exceeds the minimum requirements by the DOT and provides DOT certification of the supervisor training, per DOT regulations.
The DOT certification requirements are exceeded with visual presentation of paraphernalia and concealment packages that have been confiscated within the industry. Workplace usage, detection indicators, refresher information, instructions on how to manage the employee when detection occurs, will direct and support the supervisors next steps in regulatory process. A “Reasonable Suspicion / For Cause” document is provided to envelope the inclusive training and substantiate Supervisors decisions.
